Opening of the salmon season 2013
The start of the salmon season in Iceland has been very strong this summer and things are looking good. In Thvera/Kjarta the opening group landed over 50 salmon in Three days and In Laxa in Kjos River, 20 salmon was caught in 1,5 days. Simular stories can be told all over the country. Lake Thingvallavatn – Big Trout
Lake Thingvallavatn opened up for anglers on the first of May. The first few days has been great for those who has been fishing for trout in the lake. Some great bown trout has been caught and here are few of them.
Big Sea Trout in Huseyjarkvisl River
Huseyjakvisl River are known for very big sea trout - one of the monsters was caught yesterday. The angler that caught this big sea trout is a group-member of a organized trip we told you about this winter.
