River Nordura is only fished with fly rods and a single handed rod is a perfect options but also 11-12 ft long spey rods. River Nordura is fished with 8-12 rods pr. day in the main area but at Nordura we have also a 3 rod self catering area that is a very good option for those who are looking for more privacy.

River Nordura I, the main area at Nordura is fished with 8-12 rods pr. day over the season. Fishing starts on June 4th and finish in the beginning of September. Anglers that fish this area of the river stay in a full service lodge that is located close to the middle part of the river. We have availability in June, few rods in July and then some very interested rods in beginning of August.

River Nordura II, the upper part of Nordura, is fished with 3 rods and anglers stay in a very nice self catering lodge, close to the river. Main time to fish this part of Nordura II is from middle of July until middle of August. We have availability in that period.
