Location: North-east. 700 km from Reykjavik and 250 km from Akureyri
About the river: Mainly salmon but also arctic char. Catch and Release.
Rods: 4-6
Average catch pr. year: 516 salmon(2007-2011)
Season: June 24. – september 20.
The lodge: Very good self catering lodge with accommodation of 12 in 6 separate rooms. Full service is available, upon request.
