Brynjudalsá is a charming little river in only about 45 minutes drive from Reykjavík. The river has a good stock of salmon and anglers have the added bonus of having the salmon close by and usually in full view.
Despite being a small volume river, Brynjudalsá produces some nice size salmon which average 7 pounds.
