Salmon season starts in Iceland on June 4th and ends on October 20th. Many salmon rivers in Iceland are Fly only, but few allow both spin fishing and bait fishing. All salmon rivers in Iceland are private and we sell only limited nr of permits for each river, each day. Prices can be high for permits, specially at prime time. Prime time at most rivers is from around July 10th to August 20th. We do not only offer day tours for salmon fishing, we also offer longer fishing tours, ranging from approx. 2 days to 10 days.
